Director | Principal Civil Engineer

Jamie Russell

Jamie is a civil engineer and director of Metiri, responsible for the technical direction and quality assurance of all engineering work. He works closely with Metiri’s designers and clients to develop practical, cost-effective solutions that respond to project requirements, site constraints and approval conditions.

His engineering expertise spans stormwater management, roads and access, earthworks and water and sewer design across development and infrastructure projects. Jamie also has extensive experience in subdivision planning and project management, guiding projects from initial feasibility and planning through development approval, detailed design, construction and registration.

Director | Principal Surveyor

Sean Price

Sean is a surveyor and director of Metiri, responsible for the technical oversight and quality assurance of all surveying work. He works closely with Metiri’s surveyors and clients to provide accurate, reliable survey information suited to each project’s requirements.

His surveying expertise spans cadastral, subdivision, topographical and construction surveying across development and infrastructure projects. Sean also has extensive experience in subdivision planning and project management, overseeing projects from initial site investigation and feasibility through development approval, construction, final subdivision survey and registration.
